Accounts Receivable
Our A/R services will make sure you get paid on time for the work you’ve done. This includes generating estimates, invoicing and placing collection calls and emails. If necessary, send past due invoices to a collections agency depending on the clients wishes. We also work with AIA billing and Lien Waivers.
Accounts Payable
We can record and pay your bills for you, upon approval. We also review your paid charges through bank feeds. Either way we can make sure that all of your transactions will be recorded properly.
Job Costing
Having accurate job cost reports is crucial when you need to know your project profitability. All of your direct costs will be applied to their specific jobs to ensure this. These reports can be issued on a weekly basis.
Outsourced Payroll
You have the option to select weekly or bi-weekly payroll schedule. Once we have your employee’s hours, we can submit the payroll through your 3rd party payroll provider to ensure your employees are getting paid on time. Payroll will also be recorded in the correct accounts for accurate tracking.
Account Reconciliation
We reconcile all your business’s checking, savings, money market, credit card accounts and loans. This is done monthly and will help ensure that all deposits, payments, bank charges and other miscellaneous items are properly recorded.
General Ledger Maintenance
It’s important to know where all of your money is going every month. Important items to track are the status of your assets, remaining principal balance on your loans, revenue that’s coming in and the breakdown of your business expenses.
Financial Coaching/Process Improvements
After reviewing your current procedures, we will make suggestionsin an attempt to help improve them and in doing so create a smooth workflow. We can also examine any credit cards or loans to determine if we can help you save money by taking advantage of lower processing fees or interest rates.
Clean Ups
Have your accounts not been reconciled in a while? We can get you caught up to speed from your previous years tax returns.
